GRANT OF EASEMENT
The Truckee Donner Public Utility District as,GRANTOR(S),hereby GRANT o the ruckee Sanitary District,a
Public Agency, as GRANTEE, an EASEMENT for the purposes of insta structing, completing, repairing,
maintaining,operating,replacing,and reconstructing a SEWER LINE and ed ties and appurtenances,together
with a right of way therefore,within,along,under,and upon the following ribed ;p_ erty,situated in the TOWN
OF TRUCKEE, COUNTY OF NEVADA, STATE OF CALIFORN�`- nd\described IBIT A and shown in
EXHIBIT B,attached hereto.

GRANTOR(S)further grants to GRANTEE:The perpetual right ofmgress and egress from said EASEMENT
for the purpose of exercising,performing,and protecting GRANTEE's rights apdpri ileges hereunder.PROVIDED such
rights of ingress and egress shall be executed so as to cause th - t. cficle damage and inconvenience to
GRANTOR(S).
GRANTEE covenants and agrees with GRANTOR(S):(1)To rep e'or cause to be replaced the easement area
heretofore described,in as near its condition prior to undertaking any work as is reasong'bly practicable;(2)To indemnify
GRANTOR(S)against loss or damage caused by any wrongful or negligent act or emission of GRANTEE or its agents or
employees in the course of their employment as may be provided for in the CALIFORNIA PUBLIC ENTITY TORT
CLAIMS ACT.
GRANTEE agreesto promptly repair any damag o the Prop y caused by GRANTEE's facilities,officers,
employees,agents,indepetdmt contractors, named volunt ,or users of the Sewer Easement("invitees"),including
any damage to the trail that moyresult fromxepairs,mainten . pection to GRANTEE's sewer line. Repair shall
include all improvements neceAary-to restore-the,.trail and surrrunding land to the same condition as existed prior to the
damage occurringAf any such dame 3g not'repaited A 0 days after written notice thereof from the GRANTORS,
then the GRAN'L��DRS.piayrepair the age and bill EE for the costs of such repair. Any such bill shall be paid
within 30 ys after its date. Interest shad accrue on any late payment at the legal rate.

30'WIDE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
A PORTION OF A.P.N. 19-460-14-000
All that certain real property situate within a portion of the North Y2 of Section 14, Township 17
North, Range 16 East, M.D.M., County of Nevada, State of California, being more particularly
described as follows:
A strip of land, 30.00 feet in width, laying 15.00 feet on both sides of the following described
centerline;
COMMENCING at the East one-quarter(E 1/4) corner of said Section 14, said point being a
found 3/4" iron pipe and tag "LS 2202";
THENCE westerly along the south line of the Northeast one-quarter(NE 1/4) of said Section 14,
South 88004'26"West, 1183.73 feet to a point on the northeasterly Right-of-Way of State
Highway 267 (Brockway Road) per California Department of Transportation Right-of-Way Plans
File No. 002155, dated March 10, 1960;
THENCE northwesterly along said Right-of-Way, North 58°29'00"West, 1829.55 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE leaving said Right-of-Way, South 69030'57" East, 49.34'feet;
THENCE South 61017'53" East, 52.55 feet, more or less, to a point on the westerly line of that
certain parcel of land as described in Grant Deed Document No. 2008-0014607-00, recorded
June 11, 2008, Official Records of the County of Nevada, State of California, and the END OF
THIS DESCRIPTION.
The sidelines of the above described strip of land shall be extended or shortened to meet at
angle points and terminate at the said Right-of-Way of State Highway 267 and the said westerly
line described in said Grant Deed.
The BASIS OF BEARINGS for this description is identical to said Grant Deed Document No.
2008-0014607-00, Official Records of the County of Nevada, State of California.
