As a conclusion of my investigation and analysis, it is my opinion the Replacement Cost of the Office and Warehouse buildings as of November 14, 1980, is: Office Building: $202,000 Warehouse Building: $169,000 These cost estimates are based on the information included in the attached report, which, pursuant to your request, is in brief format that summarizes the most pertinent data and cost estimating techniques applied.
