Hi ar Mr. Cash:
In compliance with your request, I have made an inspection and
analysis of the above referenced buildings for the purpose of
estimating their current replacement cost for insurance purposes.
As a conclusion of my investigation and analysis, it is my
opinion the Replacement Cost of the Office and Warehouse
buildings as of November 14, 1980, is:
Office Building: $202,000
Warehouse Building: $169,000
These cost estimates are based on the information included in
the attached report, which, pursuant to your request, is in
brief format that summarizes the most pertinent data and cost
estimating techniques applied. Although this report does not"
provide complete documentation of all information utilized,
additional data has been retained in the Appraiser's files.
