The successful bidders will be issued blanket purchase orders for an approximate number of items. Authorization to ship against this blanket purchase order will be issued from time to time. Equipment other than that indicated in the call for bids also may be ordered periodically. The District does not guarantee that they will purchase the number of items indicated; it will, however, purchase all items required from the suppliers selected unless a supplier cannot meet the District's needs.
