Re: Water Fees, Lot 122 Ponderosa Palisades
Ladles and Gentlemen:
I plan to build my own residence on this lot and am
scheduled to start construction this next building season.
Indeed, I must start before July of 1981 in order to pro-
tect the carryover tax credit from my previous home In
Santa Rosa.
I haven't applied for a building permit as yet because
I've been designing a auper-efflclent active and passive
solar home utilizing a water-to-water heat pump operating
through a 7000 gallon solar tank under the garage slab.
The heart of the system Is a Fedders rotary compressor
that's brand new on the market.
It has taken a full year of careful drawing, research and
redrawing, but we have finally got the plan for Lot 122.
I paid the fee to make sure the water would be there when
I need It. The drafting and engineering will be complete
In about a week and will be submitted to the building
department at that time.
I don't plan to build on Lot 124 until next year, but the
house will be built on Lot 122 this year.
