Dan v Cook Associates 2060 Park Avenue Oroville, CA 95965 5 Re: I Water Acceptance Truckee Crossroads Shopping Center Truckee, California Dear Dans In your December 24, 1980 letter to Murchison construction Company, you advisod of seven elements that must be accomplished prior to the Board considering acceptance of the water line. The following items have been resolved or are in the process of being resolved: 1. Installation at the Donner Creek Bridge has been completed. 2. Murchison Construction will provide a lien release on the water line installation included in our Plans and Specifi- cations approved by the District. This does not include Toomey's West River Street Main Extension. 3. Ray Stahl of the Forest Service called me on January 27, 1981 and advised that our Special Use Permit for the pipe line trespass over U.S. Forest Service lands was approved. He further advised that the final permit, which is currently being prepared, would be submitted to T.D.P.U.D. for their execution in about ten days. 4. Cal Trans approval of the water main installation portion of the Encroachment Permit is outlined in their attached letter dated January 14, 1981. 5. Nevada County's approval of the water main portion of their Encroachment Permit is outlined in their attached letter dated January 15, 1981. Placer County's approval of the water main installation and their Encroachment Permit is outlined in their attached letter dated January 19, 1981. 7. Payment of all outstanding invoices billed to FHK are cur- rently being processed for payment even though we have never received itemized bills for the services rendered as re- quired in Paragraph 9 of the Development Agreement between T.D.P.U.D. and FHK, Luckys and Longs. 8. A Utility Easement for the On-site water main is currently being circulated for execution by Longs, Luckys and FHK an hopefully, will be available for the T.D.P.U.D. Board Meet- ing on February 2, 1981. 9. A Grant Deed or Bill of Sale for the On- and Off-site water main is currently being circulated for exefjtiOn by Luckys, Longs and FHK. Hopefully this document vl^i also be available at the Board Meeting of February 2, 1981. We are working diligently to resolve all of the above issues as soon as possible and will appreciate your continued cooperation in resolving these matters. Thank you.
