RESOLUTION NO. 81^'
OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
EXTENDING THE PROPOSAL OPENING DATE FOR INSURANCE
WHEREAS, on February 2, 1981, the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District adopted Resolution No. 8115 approving speci-
fications and authorizing the solicitation of proposals of insurance; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of said Resolution, the date and time
established for the proposal opening was March 6, 1981, at 4:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to extend the bid
opening date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
The date and time established for opening proposals pursuant
to Resolution No. 8115 shall now be March 27, 1981, at 4:00 P.M.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District at a meeting held within said District on the 2nd day of
March, 198_1, by the following roll call vote:
