RESOLUTION NO. 8J^"
OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
COMPLYING WITH CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS FROM THE FmHA
LETTER OF CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, on August 13, 1980, a Letter of Conditions was sent to the
President of the Board of Directors from the Farmers Home Administration;
and
I
WHEREAS, certain representations must be made on behalf of the District
in compliance with said Letter of Conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. That the Board of Directors does hereby certify that a
minimum of two thousand five hundred thirty (2,530) users
are connected for water service.
2. That the Truckee Donner Public Utility District is a legally
organized public utility district pursuant to Section 15501
et seq. of the Public Utility District Act of the State of
California and will continue to be operated and managed un-
der all applicable State statutes.
3. That the Board has and will maintain a non-discriminatory
policy regarding the availability of water use.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District at a meeting of the Board of Directors held within
the District on the »/9. day of -<y ,' , 1981, by the following
