HomeMy WebLinkAboutElectric EasementELECTRIC EASEMENT FHK Investment Company, a partnership, Longs Drug Stores, Inc., a California corporation and Lucky Stores, Inc., a California corporation, do hereby grant to the Truckee Donner Public Utility District, a political subdivision of the State of California, for the purpose of digging, constructing, reconstructing, repairing, and forever maintaining therein electrical facilities consisting of transformers, transformer pads, conduit, pull boxes and wires, with all facilities, except transformers and transformer pads, being located underground, of such dimensions as grantee shall deer, neces- sary for electric purposes, together with all necessary underground appurtenances appertaining thereto, a perpetual right of way under and an easement in the land hereinafter described, in the County of Nevada, State of California: That certain real property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. I 2 of 2 f RESOLUTION NO. 61J^ OF THE TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AMENDING SECTION 14 OF THE BYLAWS WHEREAS, on April 3, 1978, the Board of Directors of the Truckee Dormer Public Utility District adopted Resolution No. 7820 - Bylaws; and, WHEREAS, Section 19 of the Bylaws provides the procedure for amending the Bylaws; and WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Clerk/Ex-officio Secretary of the District that Board Meeting tapes be erased after a reasonable time and reused; and WHEREAS, District Counsel confirms that there is no legal requirement to keep tapes of the Board Meetings; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Don- ner Public Utility District that Section 14 of the Bylaws be amended to read as follows, and that all other provisions of the Bylaws remain the same; i 14 Taping of Meetings The Clerk/Ex-officio Secretary shall arrange to have tape recordings made of the meetings of the Board, except when the Board goes into closed session, for use in preparation of the minutes. The Clerk/ Ex-officio Secretary shall retain the tapes for 45 days after the minutes have been approved in final form and bound in minute books. During the time the tapes are stored, the Clerk/Ex-officio Secre- tary shall make the tapes available to anyone for review upon ar- rangement. At the conclusion of the storage period, the tapes will be erased, destroyed or reused.
