OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT TO EXECUTE THE
NOTICE OF DETERMINATION RELATIVE TO THE ANNEXATION
OF PONDEROSA RANCHOS
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 8143, the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Dormer Public Utility District found that the proposed Ponderosa Ranchos
Annexation will not create a significant environmental impact; and
WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration on the proposed Ponderosa Ranchos Annexa-
tion was filed with the County of Placer on June 10, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. Thirty days from the date the Negative Declaration on the
proposed Ponderosa Ranchos Annexation was filed with the
County of Placer, the President is authorized to execute
the Notice of Determination.
Upon execution, the Clerk of the Board is hereby auth-
orized to file the Notice of Determination relative to
the proposed Ponderosa Ranchos Annexation with the Clerk
of Placer County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District at a regular meeting thereof duly called and held in the Dis-
trict on the 4Jrf- day of Olf A/ , 1981, by the following roll call

The "Project" is the administrative act of annexation of the tentatively
approved residential subdivisions known as Ponderosa Ranchos Subdivision.
Determination: That the above project will not have a significant effect on the
environment: specifically in the following areas: (1) it will not.have the
potential to degrade the quality of the environment or curtail the range of
the environment; (2) it will not achieve short term, to the disadvantage of
long term, environmental goals; (3) it will have no impacts which are
individually limited, but cumulatively considerable; (4) it will not cause
substantial adverse effects on human beings, either directly or indirectly.
Determination :
(1) That the above project was approved by Resolution duly moved and approvedl
by the Board of Directors , 1981; and .'.•'•
(2) That a Negative Declaration was adopted and publicly posted for comment.
(3) An Environmental Impact Report is not required and has not been prepared'I
pursuant to the C.E.Q.A. of 1970 as amended. '•*:,*«
