HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 8153i rt RESOLUTION NO. 8153 OF THE TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE APPLICATION TO THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH RELATIVE TO SANDERS WELL NO. 1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows: 1. That pursuant and subject to all of the terras, conditions and provisions of Division 5, Part 1, Chapter 7, Sections 4010 to 4035 of the California Health and Safety Code and all amendments there- to, relating to domestic water supplies, application by the Truckee Donner Public Utility District be made to the State Department of Health, for a permit to add the Sanders Well No. 1 to the District's basic water supply source. Sanders Well No. 1 is a deep well draw- ing water from the Martis Valley aquifer. 2. That the President of said Truckee Donner Public Utility Dis- trict be and is hereby authorized and directed to cause the nec- essary data to be prepared, and investigations to be made, and in the name of said District to sign and file such application with the ■said State Department of Health. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District at a meeting held within said District on the 6th day of July, 1981, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Corbett, Duffy, Maass and Huber.
