HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 8162RESOLUTION NO. 81vvj - OF THE TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT fr I PERMITTING AN ENCROACHMENT ON THE UTILITY EASEMENT BETWEEN LOTS 226 AND 227 IN TAHOE DONNER, UNIT NO. 5 WHEREAS, William Deatsch, owner of Lot 226, Unit 5, Tahoe Donner (Assessor's Parcel No.44-480-04) has informed the District that his res- idence was built within one foot of the property line and over four feet of the public utility easement; and WHEREAS, when a home was constructed on Lot 227, Unit No. 5, Tahoe Donner, it was positioned on the lot to meet the County set back requirements and the lot lines were adjusted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows: The District agrees to permit the subject encroachment of the existing structure on the utility easement be- tween Lots 226 and 227, Unit No. 5, Tahoe Donner until further notice.
