RESOLUTION NO. 81^^
OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
I
AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT
FROM CHARLOTTE 0. HARRIS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Dormer
Public Utility District as follows:
1. To accept the grant deed for the following described
easement between ftP#17-480 15 arid AP#17-480-16 from
Charlotte 0. Harris:
An easement 10.00 feet in width, for over-
head electrical transmission liens, the
centerline of said easement being describ-
ed as follows -

Beginning at a point south 01' o4' 40" east
857.06 feet from the north quarter section
corner of Section 14, Township 17 north, Range
15 east, MDB&M; thence from said point of beg-
inning, south 87° 59' 40" east 131.72 feet to
a point on the west line of Cedar Point Drive,
said point also being the southeasterly corner
of Lot 6 and the northeasterly corner of Lot
5 as said lots are shown and esignated on the
map of Donner View Subdivision, filed for rec-
ord in the office of the County Recorder,
County of Nevada, on October 30, 1978, in Book
6 of Subdivisions, at Page 4.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District at a meeting of the Board held within the District
