OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
DECLARING VEHICLE SURPLUS
AND ISSUING A CALL FOR BIDS
I WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District that Unit 11, a 1972 Chevrolet 4-wheel drive,
1/2 ton pickup, is no longer required for any purpose by the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors as follows:
1. The Clerk shall advertise the sale of the surplus vehicle
in the appropriate newspapers and journals, and shall notify
each interested party that the vehicle will be sold "as is"
for a price not less than the stated minimum.
2. Sealed bids will be accepted up to the hour of 4:00 P.M.
on / / fr ,f2- ■ Bids must be signed and placed in
a envelope'marked "surplus vehicle bid." Ten percent (10%)
of the bid amount is to be included with the bid in the form
of a certified check or money order. This deposit shall be
forfeited in the event that the bidder is awarded the bid and
fails to tender payment and take delivery of the vehicle with-
in thirty (30) days after the award.

3. In the event no bids are received on the surplus vehicle,
the Clerk is hereby authorized to dispose of the vehicle at
his discretion.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District at a meeting duly held within the District on the /...'J day of
