AUTHORIZING FILING OF TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
AIRPORT PLAZA ANNEXATION
WITH PLACER COUNTY LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Truckee Dormer Public Utility
District has previously authorized the investigation of the feasibility of
annexation of additional lands, and
WHEREAS, the area located south of the existing District boundaries,
with descriptions attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A," has been found feas-
ible for annexation into the Truckee Donner Public Utility District; and
WHEREAS, requests for annexing of the Airport Plaza commercial complex
to the Truckee Donner Public Utility District were received from all owners
of property within the subject area; and
WHEREAS, the District Engineer has made various recommendations respect-
ing the conditions of annexation:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
That the staff of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District shall
prepare all necessary documents for the proposed annexation which shall
bt: titled "AxipolL Plaza,"

That conditions of the proposed annexation shall be that the developers
of the Airport Plaza commercial complex accomplish the following or provide
the equivalent:
1. Construction of 6" and 8" diameter mains within each
proposed development in accordance with District guidelines
and standards and subject to approval by the District En-
gineer;
2. Facility fees shall be charged to the development in
accordance with the schedules and analysis provided in the
guidelines, rules and regulations;

3. The developers shall be required to provide the necessary
submissions as detailed in the guidelines and standards prior
to the issuance of a will-serva letter that would tie to the
development agreement as provided in the rules, regulations,
standards and guidelines;
4. As a part of the East Truckee Planning Unit, contribu-
tion of a pro-rata share of the cost of a proposed 12" diameter
water line looped main linking the East Truckee Planning Unit
to downtown Truckee, twu miles to the northwest, and a 10"
diameter line linking the East Truckee Planning Unit to the
Sierra Meadows Area distribution system west of State Route
267, as approved by the District Engineer;
5. Construction of Airport Plaza improvements will be subject
to the availability of sewer hookups as provided within the
policies and rules established by the Truckee Sanitary District;
6. Developer to provide adequate fire flow protection in con-
formance with requirements established by the Truckee Fire Pro-
tection District.
Further, that the staff shall file said application of annexation with
the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of Placer.
Pissed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of
the Truckee Donner Public Utility District duly called and held in said
