RESOLUTION NO. 82^f
OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
GRANTING GENERAL MANAGER D. EUGENE HOLT
AN UNPAID MEDICAL LEAVE OF ABSENCE AND
ESTABLISHING CONDITIONS OF THE LEAVE
WHEREAS, General Manager D. Eugene Holt has accepted the Board's offer
of an unpaid medical leave of absence;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckei
Donner Public Utility District that General Manager D. Eugene Holt is hereb'
granted an unpaid medical leave of absence based on the following condition:
1. The leave of absence is to end June 30, 1982.
2. If the Board finds the need to fill the position of General
Manager after March 31, 1982, the Board may ask D. Eugene
Holt for an immediate decision as to whether or not he will
be returning at the conclusion of the leave of absence.
3. In the interim, D. Eugene Holt is to be retained as a con-
sultant, and to be paid on an hourly basis using the follow-
ing formula: Annual salary divided by 2,080 times 1.25,
4. D. Eugene Holt has the option to retain all medical and
other benefits at his own expense.

5. The Board may desire to ask D. Eugene Holt to return to
Truckee briefly or to represent the District in Washing-
ton, D. C. If this should occur, the pay would be on a
per diem basis in the amount of $/$£$Sl plus expenses.
6. Pursuant to Public Utilities Code Section 16112 and TDPUD
Resolution No. 8081, D. Eugene Holt, while on medical
leave of absence, still serves at the pleasure of the
Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District at a regular meeting held within the District on the S'ftf day
of January, 1982, by the following roll call vote:
