S2&6, OF THE TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT I APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND CALLING FOR BIDS ON ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION EQUIPMENT WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Truckee Dormer Public Utility District has determined the need to purchase various items of equipment tor the District's electrical distribution system during the 1982 calendar year; and WHEREAS, specifications A through K attached hereto; for said equipment items are given in Schedules NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District does hereby approve the specifica- tions described in Schedules A through K attached hereto and made i part hereof; I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District is hereby directed to ISSUL- a call for bids based on the specifications as described in Schedules A through K for the annual supply of distribution equipment, ind that the date and time established for the bid opening is /?)/?/!?£ , .2, , 1982, at 4:00 P.M.
