HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 8218RESOLUTION NO. 8218 OF THE TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT * I APPROVING AND ACCEPTING DEFERRED MAINTENANCE ITEMS PROJECT 81-1 INNSBRUCK AND DONNER TRAILS PUMPING CAPABILITY UPSIZE WHEREAS, improvement plans were approved September 7, 1981, for installation of a third booster pump at Innsbruck Pump Station and Pump No. 2 at Donner Trails upsized from 25 to 40 horsepower; and WHEREAS, operational tests at both pump stations were conducted satisfactorily on March 23, 1982; and WHEREAS, inspection of all items of work for both pump stations is in substantial compliance with the improvement plans; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows: I 1. The District does hereby find and declare that the Deferred Maintenance Items, Project 81-1, is complete and ready for operation. 2. That the Notice of Completion for the Deferred Main- tenance Items, Project 81-1, be signed by the District and recorded by the County of Nevada. 3. That 3 5 days subsequent to the filing date of said Notice of Completion, on condition that the Contractor has paid all claims for labor, material and any other outstanding indebtedness in connection with the contract, the entire balance found to be due the Contractor, in- cluding the ten percent retention, shall be then paid to the Contractor. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District at a meeting thereof held within the District this ;ith day of April, 1982, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Corbett, Huber, Kuttel and Maass.
