RESOLUTION NO. 8219
OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ORDERING ANNEXATION OF LAND TO SAID DISTRICT
- AIRPORT PLAZA ANNEXATION - PLACER COUNTY
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of the land and property hereinafter
described petitioned the Truckee Donner Public Utility District and Placer
County Local Agency Formation Commission for the annexation of said land and
property to the Truckee Donner Public Utility District, and said petition
was heretofore filed with the Executive Officer of the Placer County Local
Agency Formation Commission; and
WHEREAS, said petition complied with the requirements of law, and
notice of the filing of said petition was duly given in the manner required
by 1aw j and
WHEREAS, the Executive Officer of said Placer County Local Agency
Formation Commission has reviewed said petition and a hearing by said Com-
mission was held in accordance with and as required by law; and
WHEREAS, said Local Agency Formation Commission, by Resolution
No. 4-82 has approved and ordered said annexation of the property herein-
after described (copy of said Resolution being attached hereto as Exhibit
"A", and made a part hereof);

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors that
there be and there is hereby annexed to the Truckee Donner Public Utility
District all that certain land and property situated in the County of Placer,
State of California, and more particularly bounded and described as follows,
to wit:
See Exhibit "B" attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District that said annexation is subject to the follow-
ing terms and conditions:
1. Construction of 6" and 8" diameter mains within each
proposed development in accordance with District guidelines
and standards and subject to approval by the District En-
gineer .
2. Facility fees shall be charged to the development in
accordance with the schedules and analysis provided in the
guidelines, rules and regularions.
3. The developers shall be required to provide the neces-
sary submissions as detailed in the guidelines and standards
prior to a commitment by the District to provide water ser-
vice that would tie to the development agreement as provided
in the rules, regulations, standards and guidelines.

4. As a part of the East Truckee Planning Unit, contribu-
tion of a pro-rata share of the cost of a proposed 12"
diameter water line looped main linking the East Truckee
Planning Unit to downtown Truckee, two miles to the north-
west, and a 10" diameter line linking the East Truckee
Planning Unit to the Sierra Meadows Area distribution sys-
tem west of state Route 267, as approved by the District
Engineer.
5. Construction of Airport Plaza improvements will be
subject to the availability of sewer hookups as provided
within the policies and rules established by the Truckee
Sanitary District.

6. Developer to provide adequate fire flow protection in
conformance with requirements established by the Truekee
Fire Protection District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truekee
Donner Public Utility District that the Secretary of the Board cause copies
of the order, certified by the Secretary of the Board of Directors, to be
mailed to the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission of
the County of Placer for filing with the Offices of the Recorders of the
Counties of Nevada and Placer, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of
the Truekee Donner Public Utility District duly called and held in said Dis-
trict on the 5th day of April, 1982, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Corbett, Huber, Kuttel and Maass.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Monson.

WHEREAS, an application for annexation to the District was filed with the
Executive Officer of the Commission; and
WHEREAS, said application was presented to the Commission in the form and
manner provided by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as
follows:
1. Subject to the terms and conditions herein specified, the annexation is
approved.
2. The boundaries of said territory approved for annexation are described in
Exhibit A attached. The conducting agency shall use this boundary description
1n all subsequent proceedings.
3. Said territory approved for annexation is uninhabited and given the short form
designation of the Airport Plaza Annexation.
4. The Truckee Donner Public Utility District is designated as the conducting
agency, and the Board of Directors is authorized to complete the annexation in
accordance with the District Reorganization Act.
5. The District is authorized to collect standard annexation fees.
6. The annexation shall not be completed until the amount of property tax revenue
to be exchanged as per the provisions of AB 8 has been determined.
7. The Executive Officer is authorized and directed to mail certified copies of
this Resolution in the manner and as provided by the Government Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS FEBRUARY 2, 1982, upon vote of the members of the Local
Agency Formation Commission, then in attendance and regularly convened, by roll
call vote, as follows:

DESCRIPTION

Being a portion of the South Half of Section 13, T.17 N., R.16
E., M.D.M., County of Placer, State of California, described as
follows:
Being also all of Parcel A, Parcel B and Parcel C as shown on
that certain Parcel Map (No. 73284) recorded in Book 15 of Parcel
Maps at Page 158, in the office of the Recorder of the County of
Nevada, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the existing Southerly boundary of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District, said boundary being the
common boundary between Nevada County and Placer County, and said
Point of Beginning being also the intersection of said District
boundary with the Northwesterly right of way line of Truckee-Tahoe
Airport Road; thence leaving said Point of Beginning and proceeding
South 30°00'27" West, 390.38 feet along said Northwesterly right
