OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT FROM CARNELLE GREEN
FOR SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING COMPLEX LOOPED WATER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to acquire various
easements from private land owners for construction of the Senior Citizens
Housing Complex looped water system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
To accept all that certain easement situate in the unincorporated ter-
ritory of the County of Nevada, State of California described as follows:
An easement only, not to include fee title, fifteen (15) feet
in width, for purposes of installing, removing, operating, and
maintaining water conveyance facilities and appurtenances there-
to; situate within that certain parcel of land described in a
deed to Carnelle Green, filed in Bouk 407 of Official Records,
at Page 61, Nevada County, California; the centerline of said
easement being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at a point situate on the east line of said Green
property, from which the northeast corner thereof bears north
00° .:7' 32" east 213.66 feet; thence from said point of com-
mencement, s.iuth 84" 44' 00" west to the end of said center-
line at its point of intersection with the west line of said
Green property; the sidelines of said easement being lengthen-
ed or shortened as may be required to terminate in the lands
of the grantor.
The Deputy District Clerk of the District is hereby instructed to record
this easement (Exhibit "A" attached hereto) with the County of Nevada on
behalf of the District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of
the Truckee Donner Public Utility District duly called and held in said Dis-
trict on the //'*
