WAPA Power Allocation - Statue Report
Discussions are proceeding betwet n SPPCo and WAPA, and the TPruD and WAPA.
Assistance in this effort to bring power m line is being provided by Joe
Rail of the Denver office. It '..-' tentatively scheduled for us to meet with
WAPA during the first \deek of Julyi preliminary contract negotiations between
SPPCo and WAPA by mid-August, and pouter to the TDPUD by late September.
Boca/Prosser Hydroelectric' Projects - Status Report
There is nothing new to report respecting the Haute protest, 1 expect an
answer from the Tribal Council's attorney, Mr. Thorpe, eometink luring the
