APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND CALLING FOR BIDS
ON POLES
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Truckee Dormer Public Utility
District has determined the need to purchase poles in various lengths for
the District's electrical distribution system; and
WHEREAS, specifications for said poles have been attached hereto as
Exhibit "A";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District does hereby approve the specifica-
tions described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President of the Board of Directors
of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District is hereby directed to issue
a call for bids based on the specifications as described in Exhibit "A",
and that the date and time established for the bid opening is August 13,
1982, at 4:00 P.M.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District at a regular meeting thereof duly called and held
in the District on the l'3th_day of July , 1982, by the follow-
ing roll call vote:
AYES: Corbett, Huber, Kuttel , VanLandinyham and Maass.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
