HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 8238RESOLUTION NO. 8238 OF THE TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT APPROVING AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE PROJECT 79-1 WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS NOTICE OF COMPLETION * I WHEREAS, a construction contract was entered into November 17, 1980, be- tween the Truckee Donner Public Utility District and Dana W. Knudsen to com- plete the Project 79-1 water system improvements; and WHEREAS, the completed facilities have been officially accepted by District Ordinance No. 8209; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows: 1. The President of the Board is authorized to execute the NOTICE OF COMPLETION on behalf of the District. 2. The General Manager shall cause the NOTICE OF COMPLETION to be recorded in the official records of Nevada County. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the TRuckee Donner Public Utility District at a meeting thereof held within the District this 16th day of August, 1982, by the following roll call vote: I AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Huber, Kuttel, VanLandingham and Corbett.
