Home My WebLink AboutRes 8244It' RESOLUTION NO. 8244 OF THE TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT I I APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM RELATING TO THE AIELLO/SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING CENTER WHEREAS, Frank and Beverly Aiello, developers of the Senior Citizen Housing Center located within Nevada County, California (AP# 19-450-46 and 19-450-47) and the Truckee Donner Public Utility District entered into a Development Agreement dated September 10, 1981, calling for the construction of a water distribution system for said development; and WHEREAS, the plans, specifications and contract documents for the construc- tion of the water distribution system have been reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors; and WHEREAS, the construction and installation of the water distribution sys- tem has been completed by said developers' construction contractor; and WHEREAS, the District's Consultant has provided inspection of the water distribution system construction, and has recommended that the water distri- bution system be accepted by the Truckee Donner Public Utility District for ownership, operation, and maintenance, pursuant to the development agreement; and WHEREAS, all fees have been paid in accordance with the development agreementj NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truc> Donner Public Utility District as follows: 1. The Truckee Donner Public Utility District hereby accepts the water distribution system relating to the Senior Citizen Bous- ing Center developed by Frank and Beverly Aiello. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Pi Utility District at a meeting held within said District on the 25th day o August, 1982, by the following roll call vote: i AYES: Huber, Kuttel, VanLandingham and Corbett.
