OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ORDERING ANNEXATION OF LAND TO SAID DISTRICT
REAL PROPERTY IN MARTIS VALLEY OWNED BY LATRELL AND MARTHA CROSBY
I WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of the land and property hereinafter
described petitioned the Truckee Donner Public Utility District and Placer
County Local Agency Formation Commission for the annexation of said land
and property to the Truckee Donner Public Utility District, and said peti-
tion was heretofore filed with the Executive Officer of the Placer County
Local Agency Formation Commission; and

WHEREAS, said petition complied with the requirements of law, and
notice of the filing of said petition was duly given in the manner required
by law; and
WHEREAS, the Executive Officer of said Placer County Local Agency
Formation Commission has reviewed said petition and a hearing by said Com-
mission was held in accordance with and as required by law; and
WHEREAS, said Local Agency Formation Commission, by Resolution No.
12-82 (copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and made a part here-
of) has approved and ordered said annexation of the property hereinafter
described;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District that there be and there is hereby annexed to
the Truckee Donner Public Utility District all that certain land and property
situated in the County of Placer, State of California, and more particularly
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
See Exhibit "B" attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said annexation is subject to the following
terms and conditions)
1. Said land shall be subject to District rules and regulations,
charges made, and assessments levied pursuant to the provi-
sions of the Irrigation District law to pay for outstanding
obligations of District, and also shall be subject to all
assessments, tolls, charges and standby charges hereinafter
levied by District for any District purpose.
The land will be entitled to water from the District. Such
service will be subject to the rules and regulations of the
District regulating water .service and payment of tolls and
charges established by the District for such service.
3. Developers of the subject property shall accomplish the
following or provide the equivalent:

a) Transfer to the District, in exchange for the sum
of $3,400, the easements described in Exhibit "C"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by refer-
ence, in order to provide for the future installa-
tion of a permanent looped water system within Dis-
trict's service area.
b) Pay all necessary state and county annexation pro-
cessing fees.
c) Be solely responsible foB the extension of all water
lines existing upon the property in the vicinity of
Old Mill Road and Frond Road to such water improve-
ments as may be installed to service the parcels,
upon application for water service.
d) Enter into an agreement with the District detailing
th« factual and legal relationship between the parties,
and the terms as outlined in this resolution.

e) Be responsible for payment to the District of all
necessary connection and facilities fees in the
approximate amount of $3,400, upon completion of
the annexation process, recordation of easements,
and application for water service.
f) Provide adequate fire flow protection in conformance
with the requirements established by the Truckee Fire
Protection District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District that the Secretary of the Board cause copies of the
jrder, certified by the Secretary of the Board of Directors, to be mailed to
the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County
of Placer for filing with the Offices of the Recorders of the Counties of
Nevada and Placer, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of
the Truckee Donner Public Utility District duly called and held in said Dis-
trict on the 2nd day of November , 1982, by the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Corbett, lluber, Kuttel, VanLandingham and Maass.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: None.
