TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
I
ACCEPTING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
FROM DANIEL J. and LAURA M. HORMAN
(RELOCATION OF POWER LINES)
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to acquire
various easements from private land owners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. To accept a perpetual easement on, over, under and across
all those portions of APt* 18-500-08 owned by Daniel J. Hor-
man and Laura M. Horman described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
2. The Deputy District Clerk of the District is hereby in-
structed to record this easement with the County of
Nevada on behalf of the District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of
the Truckee Donner Public Utility District duly called and held in said
District on the _^nd _ day of November , 1982, by the following
roll call vote:

AYES. Corbett, Huber, Kuttel, VanLandingham and Maass.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.

I All that certain real property situate in Section 17, Township 17 North,
Range 16 East, MDBSM, Nevada County, California, being:
A utility easement, twelve feet in width and fifty feet in length, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of that certain parcel describ-
ed in the deed recorded November 30, 1979, in Book 1097, Page
176, Nevada County Official Records; thence along the northerly
line of said parcel South 89° 89° 09' 40" West 12.00 feet; thence
leaving said northerly line South 0° 50' 20" East 50.00 F« t i
thence North 89° 09' 40" East 12.00 feet to the easterly line
of above said parcel; thence along said easterly line North
0" 50' 20" West 50.00 feet to the point of beginning.
