ACCEPTING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
FROM THE CATHOLIC BISHOP OF SACRAMENTO
(RELOCATION OF POWER LINES)
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to acquire
various easements from private land owners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. To accept a perpetual easement on, over, under and across
all those portions of AP#18-540-03 and 05, owned by the
Catholic Bishop of Sacramento, described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. The Deputy District Clerk of the District is hereby
instructed to record this easement with the County
of Nevada on behalf of the District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of
the Truckee Donner Public Utility District duly called and held in said
District on the 2nd day of November , 1982, by the following
Coll call Vote:
I AYES: Corbott, Huber, Kuttel, VanLandingham and Maass.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.

Description of Easement
Catholic Bishop of Sacrament-
All that certain real property situate in Section 17, Township 17, North,
Range lb East, MDB&M, Nevada County, California, being:
A utility easement, 18.00 feet in width, lying westerly of and adjacent
to the following described Line:
Beqinninq at the southwest corner of Lot 141 of the Amended Map
of Armstrong Subdivision as recorded in Book 1/Subdivisions/
Page 118, Nevada County Records! thence along the westerly line
of said Lot 141 North 00 05' 15" East 190.00 feet to the north-
west corner of Lot 139 of Bald Armstrong Subdivision, the term-
inus of said line herein described.
