RESOLUTION NO. 82_60
OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ACCEPTING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
FROM CARNELLE GREEN
FOR MARTIS VALLEY SUBSTATION DISTRIBUTION LINES
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to acquire
various easements from private land owners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. To accept a perpetual easement on, over, under and across
all those portions of Carnelle Green's parcel (AP#19-450-02)
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
2. The Deputy District Clerk of the District is hereby in-
structed tu record this easement with the County of Nevada
on behalf of the District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of
the Truckee Donner Public Utility District duly called and held in said Dis-
trict on the 6th_ day of _December , 1982, by the following roll call
vote:
I AYES: Corbett, Huber, Kutte] , VanLandingham and Maass.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
