conduct true threeMegger–the Districtproducts do not support all the meter types in use by Megger–manufacturers revealed the following:An evaluation of MTB products by each of the •manufacturers
of MTB equipmentbased -are the only two USMeggerWECO and •New Informationof a Meter Test Bench
Consideration of the Replacement Purchase 4 Quote total is $41,688–site training-One day on–Model 2350 Meter Test Bench–the needs of the District with details as follows:The WECO quote
provides an MTB system that fully meets •manufacturersThe District received and evaluated quotes from both •New Informationof a Meter Test Bench

RecommendationPurchase of a Meter Test BenchConsideration of the Replacement 6 order contingency, for an amount not to exceed $45,857from WECO for the amount of $41,688, plus a 10% change
