— Maintains 75+ Desktops & 60+ Mobile Devices
— Usually devices are replaced on three year cycle
— Have contracted to maintain
• Repercussions
— Software is often out of date, and different versions
— Without constant upkeep, potential for cyber security attacks
— Attacks create:
— Loss of staff production
— Increased costs to the District

Recommendation
• Authorize a contract with NetXperts for Virtual Desktop
equipment, software and services for $45,357 plus a 10% change
order allowance of $4,536 for an amount not to exceed $49,893
plus tax.
• Authorize a contract with Dell, Inc. for the software and support
for $17,681 plus a 10% change order allowance of $1,768 for an
amount not to exceed $19,449 plus tax.
