VDI Hardware & Software — Contract with NetXperts, Inc. — Provides blade servers, Hypervisor OS, VDI Software — Utilizes California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) — Amount of $45,357 2. Microsoft Enterprise Licensing Agreement — Contract with Dell, Inc — Provides core business software — OS, Email, Office, Security etc. — Utilizes Western States Contract Awards (WSCA) — Amount of $17,681 0 Fiscal Impact • Sufficient funds exist within the Electric Capital Replacement Fund for this project 5 Recommendation • Authorize a contract with NetXperts for Virtual Desktop equipment, software and services for $45,357 plus a 10% change order allowance of $4,536 for an amount not to exceed $49,893 plus tax. • Authorize a contract with Dell, Inc. for the software and support for $17,681 plus a 10% change order allowance of $1,768 for an amount not to exceed $19,449 plus tax. a
