Recommendation
• Authorize a contract with World Wide Technology for Virtual
Desktop equipment, software and services for $45,357 plus a
10% change order allowance of $4,536 for an amount not to
exceed $49,893 plus tax
• Authorize a contract with Dell, Inc. for the software and support
for $17,681 plus a 10% change order allowance of $1,768 for an
amount not to exceed $19,449 plus tax
• Authorize transfer from Electric Capital Replacement Fund to
Electric Operating Fund
