Salary adjustment for management and exempt employees
Employees represented by IBEW have received a wage increase effective January 1, 2001.
The increase is 1% in hourly wage and 1% additional contribution to the 401(a) plan, for a
total of 2%. I would like the Board to consider a 2% salary increase for management and
exempt staff. Following is a list of the management and exempt staff, along with their current
and proposed salaries.

Recommendation
I recommend that the board increase the salaries of the management and exempt staff by
2% effective January 1, 2001, thus implementing the above proposed salary schedule.
