Holley The State of California Executive Order (EO) N-29-20 proclaimed a State of Emergency in the State due to COVID-19. As outlined and permitted by the EO N-29-20, the Truckee Donner Public Utility District Board meeting room will not be accessible to the public. Members of the Board will be participating from separate remote locations. The meeting is accessible for public observation via Tahoe Truckee Media (TTM) online at http://ttctv.org/live-meeting/truckee-donner-public-utility-district/ or cable TV channel 18. Public comment will be accepted via email at shannakuhlemier(a)_tdput.org and via Zoom questions and answers on any item on the agenda until the Board President closes public comment on each item. Consideration for Approval of a Professional Services Contract to Conduct a Water Utility Rate and Cost of Service Study. This item involves a contract with HDR Engineering, Inc. for the 2020 Water Rate Study Update in an amount not to exceed $33,700. 8. Consideration for Approval of the Procurement of Replacement Water Meter Radio Transmitters. This item involves procurement of water meter transmitter units with Aclara for an amount not to exceed $260,000. 9. Consideration for Awarding a Contract for the Purchase of Current Limiting Fuses. This item involves a contract with Anixter Inc., for the purchase of current limiting fuses for an amount not to exceed $100,000. 10. Consideration to Purchase a Replacement Light Duty Truck. This item involves declaring surplus property and a contract with Altec Industries in an amount not to exceed $87,657 plus tax and fees. 11. Consideration to Award a Contract to Sactown Contractors Corp., for the Warehouse Lighting Upgrade Project. This item involves a contract with Sactown Contractors Corp., in an amount not to exceed $49.302. ACTION ITEM(S) 12. Consideration of Temporary Programs for COVID-19 Customer Relief. This item involves a budget amendment and reallocation of funds for Customer Relief Program due to COVID-19, and amending the contract with Sierra Community House in an amount not to exceed $35,999 to administer the program. 13. Consideration for Approval of Resolution 2020-10 Amending District Code Title 4, Personnel. This item involves District Code revisions related to personnel. ROUTINE BUSINES 14.
