4. Consideration of a resolution amending the District's purchasing policy to reflect
changes in state bidding law
5. Consideration of approving a plan to remodel the District Board room and issuing
a call for bids
6. Consideration of approving a memorandum of understanding authorizing the
District's participation in the Truckee River Comprehensive Resource Plan
Watershed Management process
7. Consideration of a proposal to provide for a future water line on the new Glenshire
Drive bridge
8. Martis Valley well CEQA process:
a) Authorization to file the proposed negative declaration and environmental
initial study with the Nevada County Clerk
b) Authorization to circulate the proposed negative declaration and
environmental initial study with responsible and interested agencies and with
the State Clearinghouse
c) Authorization to publish a notice of public review period and public hearing on
the proposed negative declaration
d) Authorization to schedule a public hearing for the proposed negative
declaration at the regular Board meeting on August 18, 1999
9, Herringbone Booster Pump Station:
a) Consideration and possible approval of Contract Change Order No. 2
