Pricing: Total Price=$50,473 Attachment 1 NorCal Power Services(NCPS)will provide the necessary labor, materials, and test equipment to perform services per the following Scope of Work. Testing performed using ANSI NETA ATS and/or MTS specifications. Scope of Work: 1. SF6 Circuit Switcher XA22 a. Wipe down all bushings and insulators b. Contact resistance c. Check mechanical operation manually d. Check mechanical operation electrically 2. SMVA Oil Filled Transformers a. Wipe down all bushings b. Visual inspection c. SFRA(this would be a baseline test to compare to if SFRA performed after a major fault) d. Turns ratio e. Winding resistance f. Winding power factor g. Bushing power factor C1 test h. Exciting current i. Leakage reactance (measures transformer impedance and compare to nameplate) j. Insulation resistance k. Core ground resistance if core ground bushing is accessible I. Test rapid pressure rise relay if equipped m. Test oil &winding temp devices if equipped 3. CT's on Primary and Secondary transformer bushings. a. Single point ground b. Ratio c. Power Factor test on each arrester to ground Client Responsibilities: • Perform all switching and LOTO functions as needed. • Provide site access to all equipment to be serviced per the SOW above. • Provide notification of all necessary job-site requirements prior to performing work. Clarifications: • Stand by time for Switching and LOTO functions will be billed at a time and material rate of $125/hour. • If any site safety training is required, it will be billed at a time and material rate of$125/hr. • NCPS will not perform any energized switching. If energized switching is requested, a price can be provided. • NCPS will provide (as needed) ground bridals,generators,test equipment, cleaning equipment, LOTO locks, PPE. • NO WORK WILL BE PERFORMED ON OR IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO ENERGIZED CONDUCTORS OR EQUIPMENT.
