WHY THIS MATTER IS BEFORE THE BOARD Only the Board can approve Quit Claim Deeds. 2. HISTORY In January of 1957 the District issued a deed with located at The Aspensachment 1). on Donner Today the property is identified as APN 18 601 Trail Road. 3. NEW INFORMATION The Aspens are being converted from apartm holding us the sale of the individually to owned condominiums. The deed dated January 1957 is g p The District has received a request through Placer Company for a periodhof the District restriction described in part (b) (B) the exclusive twenty-five years after the date of this grant to distribute a o sellon the water or land mestic irrigation, industrial, commercial and/or fire pro purposes conveyed and the exclusive right to transmit, conduct, distribute and sell electric energy for any and all purposes within the area conveyed by this grant." 4.
