The water department staff attended training on the computers system. Standard
inventories for tools and materials keep on repair trucks were developed. Staff is
performing the snow removal for the District's facilities. A new Water System base map
was developed utilizing the new computers, AutoCAD software, and information from
several old maps.
WATER QUALITY:
The routine daily water quality sampling and testing program was completed as
required. The problem in the Prosser System was isolated to the Sanders well. The
water distribution system was chlorinated and all tests were good. The Sanders well
has been chlorinated and further testing is underway. All other system tests were good.
MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, & NEW CONSTRUCTION:
Staff repaired two water main leaks in the month.
Fifteen USA locates were complete during the month.
Repaired three fire hydrants.
Performed snow removal at ail district facilities.
SYSTEM OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE:
Worked on problems with the SCADA system.
Rebuilt control valves on booster pumps #1 and #2 at Northside Booster Station

Replaced phase monitor at Stockholm Booster Station

Rebuilt altitude valve at Sitzmark Tank
Rebuilt motor for#2 pump Airport Booster Station
Performed scheduled maintenance at system facilities.
PLANNING:
Tracey Residence;
This is a proposed single family residence located next to the existing
Prosser Heights Tank.
Villager Nursery:
Staff worked with project representatives outlining the requirements for
water service to this proposed site.
Source Production Database:
Staff updated the data collection spreadsheets for our well production.
This work accomplished the transition to our new computer software and
enhanced data collection and information available to staff.
