2022123 Cyber Liability Program
Invoice
ACWA JPIA Cyber Liability Program Members
Walter "Andy" Sells, ACWA JPIA Chief Executive Officer
The Cyber Liability Program renewed on July 1 and is a fully insured program.
Premiums for the Cyber Liability Program have historically been included in the cost of
the Liability Program and no separate premium has been charged. However, at its June
2111 meeting, the Executive Committee took action to approve billing members
separately for Cyber Liability premiums to cover the cost of this year's policy. The
fee approved equates to 5% of members' 2021122 Liability Program basic deposit
premium.
Please find enclosed an invoice equal to 5% of your District's Liability Program basic
deposit premium, for the Cyber Liability Program. Please note: failure to timely pay
this invoice will be considered a declination of coverage and your Cyber Liability
cw_e ge will be terminated effectiv_e._july 1 2022.
If you wish to continue Cyber Liability coverage, in addition to paying the enclosed
invoice, please ensure you have submitted a completed Cyber Liability application to
the ACWA JPIA Member Services department. To confirm if we have an application
on file for your District, please contact membereacwajpia, com
We thank you for your membership and for your commitment to the JPIA.
