TRUCKEE DON ER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT`
INCREASING.THE SALARY OF THE
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES MANAGER
WHEREAS, Mary L. Chapman has demonstrated her untiring commitment to the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District; and
WHEREAS, the quality of Mrs. Chapman's work is consistently excellent; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Chapman fulfills an important role on the management team of the
District, serving as Administrative Services Manager and serving as Acting General
Manager in the absence of the General Manager, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors wishes to increase Mrs. Chapman's salary in
recognition of dedication and hard work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District that the annual salary for the position of Administrative Services
Manager shall be set at $59,315 effective July 1, 1994.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors at a meeting duly called and held
within the District on the 1st day of August 1994 by the following roll call vote.-
AYES: Jones, Sutton and Aguera.
NOES: None.
ABSENT. Corbett and Maass.
