ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES: December -January, 1997 STAFF REPORT
Submitted by Mary Chapman, January 10, 1997 -
a
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Customer service activity has been relatively quiet. The last large group of ski lease service
transfers requests was processed on January 3, 1997.
NEW CONSTRUCTION:
We took six requests for new services in December and we have taken one so far this month.
BILLING:
Billing is current.
• ACCOUNTING:
Accounts payable and payroll are current. We are currently working on the December financial
reports. W2's and 1099's will be issued shortly.
I have been spending a lot of time working with Rosana on work order training. We are currently
working on miscellaneous work order billings and closing development agreement work orders.
There's a lot to do.
All of us will be working to prepare for the annual audit which takes place during the last two
weeks of March. We always have a lot of extra work to do; this extra work has to be done
simultaneously with our regular daily work. We often have to work on weekends during this time
period.
INSURANCE:
A claims adjuster was here today to tour the District's facilities and evaluate the damage. The
claims adjuster was hired by our insurance company. We should be notified soon as to which
damage will be covered by insurance. FEMA only covers uninsured losses.
