Effective 30 days from the date this ordinance is adopted, the ELECTRIC CONNECTION AND FACILITIES FEES SCHEDULE, a copy of which is attached hereto, shall go into effect and prior electric and connection facilities fee schedules shall be rescinded. 2. The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to post and publish this ordinance in accordance with state law. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District at a regular meeting thereof duly called and held within said District on the 6th day ofApal 1992, by the following roll call vote; AYES.- Corbett, Curran, !'Maass and Sutton. Donner r k w CI Attached is a memorandum that will, hopefully, answer questions concerning the possible impact of the Truckee-Carson-Pyramid Lake Water Rights Settlement Act on our use of Donner Creek well. 3. Electric As you will recall, R. W. Beck is working on a draft electric system master plan. The first component, a load forecast, was distributed to the Board last month. Attached is the second component, an analysis ofloading on oursubstations and feeders. This component suggests some actions we can take right now to improve load balance thus reducing system losses. l will be reviewing these recommendations with staff and Beck and we will work them into our 1992 maintenance program. 4, 0egai District finance seminar Attached is the announcement of the Special District finance seminar offered by California Special DistrictAssociation in Indian Wells on June 4 and 5. This is an excellent seminar. 5. Affordable housing round table Attached is a notice of the second meeting on affordable housing in Truckee. 1 plan on . attending as a spectator. I will report to the Board on the meeting next week. Also attached is a letter from Rolf Godon in which he requests that our District waive our$1,333 water facility fee as our contribution toward making affordable housing possible in Truckee.
