The owner, Stephen Du Roure meets all of our specifications and requirements as per attached. JS:Ijh a - SPECIFICATIONS FOR MISCELLANEOUS PAVING SERVICES Introduction During the course of the year, the Water Department of Truckee Donner P.U.D. excavates many water lines within paved roadways throughout the District. It is necessary that these excavated areas be repaved as soon as possible after completion of the Water Department's work. Truckee Donner P.U.D. requests a per square foot quote for paving patch work to be performed during 1990. The paving work to be done shall conform to the following specifications. Specifications 1. The P.U.D. will leave a number painted on nearby pavement at each area to be patched (example. 1190-10") . This number will reference the job site and will appear on a list that is given to the contractor to inform him of areas to be repaved. The invoices from the contractor for all completed work must indicate the reference number and the square footage actually paved at each particular job site. 2. The P.U.D. will leave each job site backfilled and compacted with cinder road base to a level flush with the finish grade of the surrounding pavement. 3 . The contractor must remove 21" of cinders in order to pave area. 4 . The contractor will install 21' of AC pavement in the area to be patched. S. The contractor is responsible for leaving the job site clean i.e. hauling off and disposing of the excess cinder material, waste asphalt or any other material. 6. The contractor is liable for any damage to vehicles that occurs if the 2" of cinders are removed and the area is not paved immediately. 7. Asphalt concrete shall be type A with 1/2" aggregate. 8.
