Holzmeister, General Manager Subject: Staff Report 1. Monthly Water Oual, ity Rep.ort Attached is the water bacteriological report for September. 2 . 1991 Budget Preparation The budget calendar calls for the draft budget to be presented to the Board on November 5. We are on target for that date. Portions of the 1991 budget will look different than the 1990 budget for the following reasons: a) There are new departments of Technical Services and Purchasing/Warehousing. b) We have incorporated more functionalization of tasks because of our work order planning and scheduling system. We think these changes will make the budget a far better planning and scheduling document than it has been in the past.
