OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
INDICATING THE DISTRICT'S INTENT TO
EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED IN RETURN
FOR SPECIFIC EASEMENTS TO NEVADA COUNTY
ASSESSOR PARCEL NO, 18-500-13
WHEREAS, the District has an interest in Nevada County Assessor' s
Parcel No. 18-500-13 ; and
WHEREAS, Oakwood Properties, Ltd. the owner of this parcel, desires
to develop the parcel and has requested that the District indicate
its willingness to quitclaim its interest in the property in return
for such specific easements as the District will require in order
to serve these parcels, and
WHEREAS, District Counsel has reviewed the relevant deeds to the
property and found them to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the Clerk of the District is hereby authorized to
execute the quitclaim deed to Oakwood Properties, Ltd. ,
copy attached.
That the Clerk of the District be directed to file with
the County of Nevada the grant deeds for public utility
easements, copies attached, granted by Oakwood
Properties, Ltd.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District at a meeting duly called and held within
the District by the following roll call vote:
