RESOLUTION NO. 8935
OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED FROM
TAHOE TRUCKEE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
- AP NO. 18-570-10 -
WHEREAS, the Truckee Donner Public Utility District is in the
process of selling AP# 18-570-10 and the deed to the subject
property contains a covenant restricting use of the property to
school or other public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District has no interest
in AP# 18-570-10; and
WHEREAS, District Counsel has reviewed the grant deed and
determined that it is acceptable and ready for recording;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. That the District accept the quitclaim deed releasing
the restriction contained in a deed from the Tahoe
Truckee Unified School District to the Truckee Public
Utility District recorded on January 13, 1951, in Book
291, Page 158, Nevada County Records, which restriction
limited use of such real property to school or other
public purposes, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
2 . That the Clerk of the Board be directed to record the
quitclaim deed with the County of Nevada.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors
of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District duly called and held
within said District on the 20th day of November 1989 by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Aguera, Corbett, Curran, Sutton and Maass.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.

RESOLUTION NO. 8936
OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
DESIGNATING REPRESENTATIVE TO THE
NORTHERN CALIFORNIA POWER AGENCY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, on September 27, 1989 the Northern California Power Agency
adopted Resolution No. 8935 authorizing execution of a new member
services agreement with the Truckee Donner Public Utility District
and recommending execution of Supplement No. 2 to the Joint Powers
Agreement to the members; and
WHEREAS, upon unanimous approval of Supplement No. 2 by all the
NCPA members, the District will qualify for membership on the
Commission of the NCPA;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors does
hereby appoint James A. Maass to serve as its representative on the
Northern California Power Agency Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, in instances where the designated
representative is unable to serve, the President of the Board may
authorize any of the Directors of the District to act as an
alternate.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District at a meeting duly called and held on the
20th day of November 1989 by the following roll call vote:
