RESOLUTION NO. 8940
OF THE
TRUCKEE OONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEED
TO SAYWEST PROPERTIES,
AP# 19-300-46 AND 47
WHEREAS, the District has an interest in that certain easement
previously granted to the District by the Truckee Business Park
Company, a limited partnership, pursuant to a deed recorded on May
5, 1980, as Document No. 80 12564 , Nevada County Records over
Assessor's Parcel Numbers 19-300-46 and 47 ; and
WHEREAS, staff has determined that such easement is no longer
necessary since specific easements have been granted to the
District in accordance with the development agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District that the Clerk of the
District is hereby authorized to execute the quitclaim deed to
Baywest Properties, III, a California General Partnership.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors at a meeting duly
called and held within the District by the following roll call.

OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND CALLING FOR
BIDS ON POLES
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District has determined the need to purchase its annual
supply of poles and funds have been set aside in the 1990 budget
for the purchase of such poles;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District does hereby authorize the
President to issue a call for bids based on the District' s standard
specifications for poles, and that the date and time established
for the bid opening is Wednesday, January 10, at 2 : 00 P.M.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District at a regular meeting thereof duly called
and held in the District on the 18th day of December 1989 by the
following roll call vote:

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to prospective bidders that sealed bids will
be received by the Truckee Donner Public Utility District until
2 : 00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 10, 1990 for the following:
A TRUCKLOAD (minimum 43 pieces)
OF CLASS 3, 351 POLES
Specifications for the poles have been attached.
Prices are to be quoted F.O.B. Truckee, freight allowed, and
delivered at the earliest possible date after order. Shipper is
to unload.
The Truckee Donner Public Utility District specifically reserves
the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities or
informalities in any or all bids, be the sole judge of the
suitability of the items offered, and to accept any bid that it
determines to be in its best interest.

POLE SPECIFICATIONS
351 POLES, CLASS 3
Poles furnished to be unframed, full length, machine peeled, dried,
clean and conforming to ANSI Specifications 05. 0 - 1972 for size
and quality. Must be pressure treated per REA Specification DT-
5C.
The poles are to be made of Douglas Fir or equivalent woad, and
treated with pentachlorophenol. The poles are to be inspected per
REA Specification DT-5C.
Prices are to be quoted F.O.B. Truckee, California, freight
allowed, and delivered at the earliest possible date after order.
Shipper to unload.

BIDS ON ELECTRICAL SWITCHES
FOR BAYWEST PROPERTIES, III
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District has determined the need to purchase electrical
switches to a main line electrical backbone system to the Baywest
Properties' Truckee Business Park Commercial Subdivision on West
River Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District does hereby authorize the
President to issue a call for bads based on the District's standard
specifications for electrical switches, and that the date and time
established for the bid opening is Wednesday, January 31, 1990, at
2 : 00 P.M.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District at a regular meeting thereof duly called
and held in the District on the 18th day of December 1989 by the
