Corbett Subject: Survey Due to the recent change in the Board of Directors of the District and present temporary status of management, I would appreciate some input from you on the operation of the District at the present time and over the past seven years. Please circle your answer to each of the following questions; no signature is required or expected. Place your evaluation in the closed box in the Engineer- ing Department prior to 3:30 P.M. today. Please note that each item has to do with the failure to recognize their importance. 1. Failure to give credit for suggestions 2. Failure to correct grievances 3. Failure to give encouragement 4. Criticism of employees in front of others S. Failure to ask for employee opinions 6. Failure to inform employees of their progress 7.
