1. Standard Agreement number 400-81-036, dated November 9, 1981, between SERCDC and
Truckee-Donner Public Utility District, is hereby amended as follows:
A. Page 1, paragraph 1, is amended to read:
"1. The term of this agreement shall be from January 1, 1982 to June 30, 1983".
B. Exhibit B, "Deliverables and Due Dates", is amended as follows:
1. Monthly reports . . .including quarterly (3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th, 15th, and 18th
months) reports. The 18th month . . .the Final Report date . . .an amended 18th
month . . .submitted.
"2. Copy of the program announcement . . .audit. Due not later than the commence-
ment of audit services.
The provisions on the reverse side hereof constitute a part of this agreement
