Please quote as a bid item installation of the radio base station, antenna, coaxial cable, and related equipment into facilities provided. Prices are to be quoted F.O.B. , Truckee, shipped by truck, and delivered at the earliest possible date. The Truckee Donner Public Utility District specifically reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities or informalities in any or all bids, be the sole judge of the suitability of the items offered, and to accept any bid that it determines to be in its best interest. All equipment bid shall meet the FCC requirements covered un- der Part 90 and all EIA specifications listed. The new base station shall be rated for continuous duty and shall have a minimum of 100 watts RF output. The tone remote station shall be equipped for two-frequency operation with one active channel installed_ A noise blanker (extender) will be provided. Tone coded squelch will be supplied on all equipment bid. The new tone remote station shall be capable of rack mounting in a standard 19 inch customer owned rack. All shield kits shall be provided for both cabinet and rack mounting. A service speaker, microphone and built-in service meter will be provided. Each bidder will quote a battery back-up and trickle charger, approximately 2 amp, complete with a 60 AH Nicad or Cell cell battery. INSTRUCTION BOOKS Two complete instruction manuals will be provided for all equipment bid.
