OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
RESCINDING PONDEROSA PALISADES UNIT #5,
SECTION 33, T17N, R16E, PLACER COUNTY,
FROM ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED WITH
RESOLUTION NO. 8042
WHEREAS, on July 7, 1980, the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District adopted Resolution No_ 8042 declaring District intent
to annex three parcels of real property in Martis Valley; and
WHEREAS, paragraph 10 of said Resolution declared the District's under-
standing that each of the three subdivisions in question had completed En-
vironmental Impact Reports; and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Board of Directors that the
representations of the owner of Ponderosa Palisades Unit #5, Mr. Donald Casler
(co-owner and agent) were incorrect, and that the appropriate environmental
impact report was not complete and the project had not been approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. The provisions of Resolution No_ 8042 respecting intent to
annex Ponderosa Palisades Unit #5, Section 33, T17N, R16E,
Placer County, are hereby rescinded.
T� 2. The provisions of Resolution No. 8042 respecting intent to
annex Sierra Pines (AP#s 80-06-39, 46, 48, 53, 54 and 55)
and Martis Woods Estates (Portions of Sections 14, 15 and
23, T17N, R16E, MDB&M) are hereby reaffirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District at a meeting held within said District on the 12th day of
August, 1980 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Duffy, Huber, Sutton and Maass.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Kuttel.
