2. Refit the Ponderosa Palisades Booster to provide greater
capacity in accordance with the full development demands
of the proposed subdivision.
3. Provide a "loop tie" between Ponderosa Drive and Evergreen
Circle to provide additional distribution system capacity.
4. Provide 8" diameter loop construction between the proposed
development and Silvertip Drive.
5. Provide a 200,000 gallon surface mounted storage tank at
an approximate elevation 6380 M.S.L. with appropriate piping.
Onsite Requirements :
1. Provide 8" diameter loop construction connecting with the
offsite loops , item 4 above.
2. Provide 6" diameter loop construction throughout.
3. Provide a duplex booster station designed to function with
offsite item 5 above.
^ The above items are to supplement the Guidelines and Standards
which in part presuppose that a preliminary or tentative map
will be an integral of the tentative master plan. This early
effort will most likely result in an annexation agreement
specifying all aspects of the proposed subdivision development.
Should you have any questions on this matter, please feel free
to call.
